Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to define, verify, and support the next generation of regulator and lighting products for automotive, robotics, and datacenter markets.

You will be the technical link between customers and internal engineering, working with Design, Test and Quality teams to ensure robust, testable products across e-mobility and industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a BSEE or MSEE with deep analog and digital electronics knowledge.
• 4+ years of experience in Power Converter Applications or Power IC Design.
• Strong foundation in PMIC/topologies and EMI mitigation techniques.
• Proficient with lab equipment and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications, architectures, and algorithms for target markets.
• Analyze customer applications in automotive and industrial spaces to become a go-to expert.
• Verify performance of Power ICs with hands-on testing in the lab.
• Create datasheets, application reports, and reference designs for design wins.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Safety, and Quality teams to ensure robust products.
