Analog Devices, Inc. in Milan seeks a Senior Engineer to join the PES team to advance PMIC and power IP developments.

You will collaborate with analog, digital, and mixed-signal designers, layout, verification, and software teams across locations, contributing from definition through production. We require 3+ years in IP analog design, solid problem-solving skills, and a strong grasp of mixed-signal flows and power topologies.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with IP Analog Design experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal design.
• Strong understanding of mixed-signal design flow and top-down development.
• Knowledge of power IP topologies and verification processes (PVT, LPE).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Power IP development from definition to production.
• Contribute to design of complex PMIC power IPs.
• Execute PMIC design, pre-silicon verification, and post-silicon validation.
• Provide guidance to layout team and engage with customers on feasibility.
• Participate in weekly milestones and project planning.
