Abylsen cerca un Power Electronics Control Engineer per guidare lo sviluppo di modelli MATLAB/Simulink e algoritmi di controllo per sistemi di conversione energetica.

La posizione richiede 5–6 anni di esperienza con OBC/Battery Charger e convertitori, e collaborazione con team Hardware e System Engineering; sede a Sesto San Giovanni.

Competenze

• 5–6 anni di esperienza in Power Electronics Control o campo correlato.
• Forte esperienza con MATLAB/Simulink per modellazione e controllo.
• Esperienza con OBC/Sistemi di Battery Charger e convertitori AC/DC e DC/DC.
• Buona conoscenza della teoria del controllo, controllo tensione/corrente e sviluppo di algoritmi.
• Esperienza in simulazione, calibrazione, test e validazione.
• Spiccate capacità analitiche e problem solving.
• Buona comprensione dell'interazione tra software di controllo, hardware e power electronics.

• Sviluppare modelli MATLAB/Simulink per power electronics e sistemi di controllo.
• Modellare e simulare convertitori AC/DC e DC/DC.
• Sviluppare e implementare strategie e algoritmi di controllo per tensione e corrente.

We are looking for a Power Electronics Control Engineer with 5–6 years of experience, specialized in the control of battery charging systems (OBC / Battery Charger) and power converters.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modelling, simulation, and control algorithm development.

Main activities:

• Develop MATLAB/Simulink models for power electronics and control systems.
• Model and simulate AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
• Develop and implement control strategies and algorithms for voltage and current regulation.
• Develop control strategies for OBC / Battery Charger systems, including battery charging phases.
• Optimize control strategies to improve energy efficiency and system performance.
• Analyse simulation and test results and perform control parameter tuning and calibration.
• Support system testing, integration, and validation activities.
• Work closely with Hardware, Power Electronics, and System Engineering teams.
• Analyse system requirements and translate them into functional control requirements.

Technical skills:

• 5–6 years of experience in Power Electronics Control, Control Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Proven experience with OBC / Battery Charger systems and AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
• Good knowledge of control theory, voltage/current control, and control algorithm development.
• Experience in simulation, calibration, testing, and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the interaction between control software, hardware, and power electronics.

Experience in automotive, e-mobility, electrification, battery systems, or electric/hybrid powertrains is considered a strong plus.
