Qualifications
- Master degree in physics, material science or electrical/physical engineering.
- 3 years of experience in reliability testing or related field.
- Knowledge of reliability physics and semiconductor devices.
- Experience with reliability test programs and defined test plans.
- Hands-on experience with transistor reliability characterization and stress testing.
- Proficiency with reliability equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong data analysis and reporting ability.
- Good written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability stress tests (Burn-In, HTRB, HV H3TRB, HTGB) for technology qualification.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain reliability test equipment to ensure accurate data.
- Analyze data and contribute to detailed technical reports.
- Support reliability programs and test plan execution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot reliability issues; contribute to device robustness.
