STMicroelectronics in Italy is seeking a Reliability Engineer for the Smart Power Technology Platform to support qualification plans and reliability characterization of dielectric layers. You will execute stress tests and electrical measurements, analyze data, and help generate qualification reports.

The role requires a master’s degree in physics or electronic engineering and knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms, technology steps, and programming tools such as LabVIEW and Python.

• Master degree in physics or electronic engineering.
• Knowledge of main reliability failure mechanisms.
• Knowledge of technology steps and features.
• Good knowledge of programming fundamentals and statistical methods/tools for data analysis.
• Good knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Python software.

Mansioni

• Define the reliability qualification plans for basic components and layers of new or transferred Smart Power BCD technologies.
• Ensure proper reliability characterization and qualification of dielectric layers.
• Execute reliability stress tests and electrical characterization measurements planned in the qualification programs.
• Analyze the electrical data, perform drift analyses, and support the release of qualification reports.
