Job summary

Heritage Holdings invites you to join the Portfolio Management team within the Investment Lab division for a six-month paid internship in Milan. You will work directly with client portfolios, learn fast, and bring rigorous analysis to investment decisions.

The role offers exposure to portfolio construction, investment advice, and growth initiatives, with daily interaction with an international team and regular team events. Start date is October/November 2026.

Qualifications

Student or recent graduate with a strong foundation in finance or economics
Solid understanding of financial markets and core asset classes
Comfort working with numbers, building models and drawing analysis-based conclusions
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex analysis into clear output
Well-developed organizational skills to manage deadlines and workstreams
Genuine curiosity about wealth management and private markets
English fluency required
Availability to start an internship in November 2026

Responsibilities

Portfolio Analysis: review and analyse client portfolios across asset classes, assess allocation structures and identify inefficiencies
Portfolio Optimisation: develop improved allocation proposals and model impact of changes
Client Materials: prepare clear, structured decks translating analysis into actionable recommendations with senior stakeholders
