Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Pool Attendant to join the opening team and deliver luxurious poolside service. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, organized pool area while upholding Four Seasons standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in food and beverage in a high‑volume upscale resort, high school completion, and good English communication. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.

Mansioni

• Be part of the opening team.
• Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including pickup, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities.
• Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing end of day revenue reports.
• Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
• Serve and clear beverage items in a professional manner.
• Assist guests in seating, offering towels, and informing them of amenities and hotel information.
• Wipe down, set up and move pool deck equipment as needed.
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Report accidents immediately to a manager.
• Follow payroll and uniform procedures.

About the role:

This position is meant to ensure guest satisfaction at the pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition.

What you will do:

• -Be part of the opening team
• -Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
• -Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
• -Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
• -Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
• -Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
• -Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
• -Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• -Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
• -Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
• -Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manger
• -Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures

What you bring:

• -High school education or equivalent experience
• -Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• -1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort
