Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and energy conservation across hotel and residences. You will update logs, respond to guest requests, and support renovations with safe electrical and mechanical setups.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, practical maintenance experience, and basic computer skills.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3 months to 1 year of related experience with Four Seasons or similar.
• Working knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.

• Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update logs.
• Perform repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and related gear.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
• Collaborate professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

• Respond to emergencies such as fires or power failures.
• Clean stations, grease traps, and maintain organized Engineering dept.

What you will do

Essential Functions

• Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
• Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
• Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
• Install or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
• Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
• Assist in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set‑ups.

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Working knowledge is generally learned on‑the‑Job or through a series of professional certifications.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.
