J.K.Place Capri invites a passionate Pool Attendant to contribute to its luxury hospitality by welcoming guests, maintaining poolside facilities, and delivering discreet service in line with the property’s standards.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Pool Supervisor, you will ensure a pristine pool area, assist with beverage/service requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience during the stay.

• Prepare and maintain pool loungers, umbrellas, towels, and guest amenities.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance and recommendations.
• Support Food & Beverages service with pool area deliveries and requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and daily activities.
• Monitor guest comfort and address requests or concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Restaurant, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance teams for seamless service.
• Monitor pool supplies and amenities and report replenishment needs.

• SupportFood&Beverageservicewithinthepoolareabyassistingwiththedeliveryoffood,beverages,andspecialguestrequests.
• Maintainathoroughknowledgeofhotelfacilities,services,dailyactivities,andmenustoconfidentlyassistguests.
• Monitorguestcomfortandpromptlyaddressrequests,concerns,orserviceopportunitiesinaprofessionalanddiscreetmanner.
• CoordinatecloselywiththeRestaurant,Housekeeping,FrontOffice,andMaintenanceteamstoensureseamlessservicedelivery.
• Assistinmonitoringpoolsuppliesandguestamenities,reportingreplenishmentneedswhennecessary.
• Ensureallpoolequipmentandguestamenitiesareproperlyarranged,maintained,andstored.
• SupportthesupervisionofserviceoperationswithinthePoolarea,ensuringguestsafety,servicestandards,andoverallpresentationaremaintainedatalltimes.
• Monitorthedailyconditionofswimmingpoolfacilities,ensuringwaterqualitystandardsareconsistentlymetinaccordancewithlocalregulationsandcompanyprocedures.
• Performandrecordroutinewaterqualitychecks,includingmonitoringandmaintainingproperchemicalbalancelevelssuchaspH,chlorine,alkalinity,andotherrequiredparameters.
• Possessaworkingknowledgeofpoolfiltration,circulation,dosing,andwatertreatmentsystems,promptlyreportinganyirregularitiesormaintenancerequirementstotheappropriatedepartments.
• CoordinatewiththeEngineeringandMaintenanceteamstoensuretheproperfunctioningandupkeepofpoolequipmentandassociatedfacilities.
