Job summary

Deltatre is hiring a PMO Specialist to support the Digital Streaming Unit in maintaining demand, resourcing and financial reporting within an agile delivery setup. You will work under the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists to coordinate across teams and ensure accuracy in all outputs.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of PMO or coordination experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders during demanding periods.

Qualifications

• Around 2-3 years PMO or coordination experience in a tech, agile, or media environment.
• Good working understanding of demand planning, resourcing, and finance within a PMO remit.
• Proven track record of accurate, well-checked work, especially under time pressure.
• Clear, concise communication with stakeholders during challenging periods.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data production, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and PowerPoint, including process diagrams.
• Good workload management and ability to stay calm under deadlines.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to support drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists in your area and escalate issues when needed.
• Pull and validate data from Core Systems and trackers; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Interpret data and contribute to summaries for leadership.
• Ensure timesheets and consumption data are accurate and billed monthly.
• Support updates to shared Team Plans in relevant systems.
• Prepare clear, accurate updates for stakeholders and minutes for meetings.
• Maintain PMO wiki pages in SharePoint and refresh as needed.
• Create process flow diagrams in PowerPoint by talking to process owners.
