Job summary

Deltatre S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a PMO Specialist to support the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists within the Digital Streaming Unit.

You will help manage demand, resourcing, and financial reporting in a fast-moving agile environment. With around 2–3 years of PMO or coordination experience, you will gather information from teams, produce accurate reports in Excel, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Around 2-3 years PMO or coordination experience in a technology, agile, or media environment.
• Good working understanding of demand planning, resourcing, and finance within a PMO remit.
• Track record of accurate, well-checked work, even under time pressure.
• Clear, concise communication with stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills to produce, analyse, and summarise data.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and PowerPoint for process diagrams.
• Reliable management of workload and deadlines.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support drafting, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists in your allocated area(s) and escalate challenges early.
• Identify and flag emerging issues with evidence for senior management decisions.
• Act as a clear point of contact between departments for your PMO area.
• Manage Core Systems data: pull reports, verify accuracy, and update records.
• Pull data from source systems into Trackers and Reports in Excel for validation.
• Interpret data and contribute to stakeholder summaries.
• Ensure timesheets and consumption data are accurate monthly.
• Check your data and documents before sharing; query anything that doesn't look right.
• Update shared Team Plans in relevant systems.
• Report updates to stakeholders and prepare information for Senior Management.
• Coordinate meetings and produce minutes, tracking actions to completion.
• Keep PMO wiki pages up to date and accurate in SharePoint.
• Draw up process flow diagrams in PowerPoint, understanding how processes work.
