Descrizione del lavoro

Avio Aero is seeking a PLM Technical Product Analyst to lead CAD/PLM projects and establish best practices. You will work across Italy, Poland, and Czech Republic, partnering with Engineering teams to deliver digital solutions for restricted and non-restricted data across the product lifecycle.

Required is a Master’s degree and deep PLM experience, with fluency in Italian and English, and visa eligibility. The role involves collaboration with global teams and Agile methodologies to meet program

Competenze

Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
Proven technical depth on CAD/PLM platforms in a global setting.
Experience on PLM-related projects in aerospace or defense.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Willingness to work with cross-border teams and visa eligibility.

Mansioni

Own and manage CAD/PLM software products for NPI/NTI programs.
Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence; present investment cases for technologies.
Plan R&D activities and collaborate with the Engineering community.
Act as liaison with implementation teams to drive CAD/PLM developments.
Interact with cross-functional Agile teams across Europe and US.
Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver solutions on time and cost.
