CC2020 GE Avio S.r.l. is seeking a PLM Technical Product Analyst to join the Digital Technology team in Italy.

You will drive CAD/PLM projects, define best practices, and deliver digital solutions that enable Avio Aero’s Engineering teams to create, manage, and consume data across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, and other European sites, applying Agile and SAFe frameworks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and to map

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field (CS/IT/Engineering).
• Proven depth on CAD/PLM platforms in a complex, distributed environment.
• Industry experience on PLM-related projects.
• Comfortable working in uncertainty and delivering when guidelines are blurry.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adjust communication to audience and present ideas clearly.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Work Visa required in accordance with local regulation.

Mansioni

• Own and manage CAD/PLM software products to enable and support NPI/NTI programs for military applications.
• Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence, develop business cases for tech investments.
• Participate in planning R&D activities.
• Liaise with Engineering to ensure proper support.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to drive CAD/PLM developments.
• Engage with international Agile teams to deliver global engineering solutions.
• Build relationships with DT counterparts across Europe/US.
• Apply Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework to deliver on time and budget.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and develop personas.
