PowerToFly in Milan is seeking a Solution Analyst to join the Services team after sales, focusing on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption.

You will map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, run gap analyses, lead workshops, and coordinate between customers and internal teams to deliver a unified Solution Architecture and successful go-live.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing domain (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar)
• Solid knowledge on web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, data migration processes and ICT systems analysis
• Functional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work Instructions
• Demonstrated experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities; comfortable managing defect logs, coordinating testing teams, and liaising with end-users
• Basic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM and MES systems
• Availability and willingness to travel
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Oversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-live
• Ensure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phase
• Act as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and system integrators.
