ProPosition Management Search is seeking a PLM Senior Program Manager for a leading multinational FMCG group. The role reports to the Group IT Consumer Platform Leader and drives end-to-end PLM digital transformation across the organization.

You will lead the IT stream of the program, collaborate with IT, R&D, Marketing and Production, and ensure successful delivery within timelines and budget while engaging C-level stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in similar roles within multinational food and consumer companies with 15+ years IT seniority.
• Proven program management with strong Agile expertise.
• Deep knowledge of leading PLM platforms and SAP ERP integration.
• Experience in supplier selection, contracts and vendor management.
• PMP certification (plus).
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Our customer, a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation, is currently looking for a: PLM SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - CONSUMER GOODS Who, reporting to the Group IT Consumer Platform Leader, will lead company’s IT stream in a multi-year, company-wide PLM Digital transformation program, launched as part of the Operational Excellence strategy, with the purpose of modernizing end-to-end PLM processes and tools

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT Stream of the PLM program, coordinating multiple project streams and ensuring successful execution across all phases to meet timelines, budgets, and adoption of key capabilities
• Drive change management, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignments for smooth transition fueling consumer product innovation
• Develop and cascade project plans, define activities and responsibilities
• Monitor progress, assess feasibility, recommend corrective actions for risks, delays and budgets overconsumptions
• Facilitate technical change management for handover and smooth transition to RUN team
• Collaborate with procurement during the System integration selection process
• Maintain communication with teams, partners, C-level stakeholder on status and decisions
• Plan and consolidate monthly cost, performance and KPI reports for budget visibility
• Manage risks: identify, mitigate, escalated
• Collaborate with System Integrators IT Center od Excellence, R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Production forIT-business alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational food and consumer companies, managing complex digital transformation programs and at least 15 years of overall IT seniority
• Proven program management with strong Agile expertise
• Deep knowledge of leading PLM platforms and SAP ERP integration
• Understanding of R&D, PLM orchestration, marketing briefing, packaging processes
• Experience in supplier selection, contracts, vendor management
• Strong risk management and mitigation strategy skills
• Change management and transformational leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication for cross-functional/C-level interactions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• PMP certification (plus)
• Skills in working under pressure and handling crises
• Fluency in Italian and English

Location: South Piedmont (hybrid work) Annual salary range: EUR 140.000 - 180.000
