Adtucon, a cutting-edge media tech company in the ad tech space, is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist in Cagliari, Italy. You will lead the operational oversight of our advertising execution across major platforms, troubleshoot delivery issues, and partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure optimal client performance. The role offers hybrid or full-remote work with autonomy and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Experience managing Meta Business Manager, advertising accounts, Pixels and assets.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (GA, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Basic technical skills (APIs, cloud, CRM).

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end ad delivery across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft).
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and diagnose root causes to minimize client impact.
• Investigate new issues due to publisher changes and policy updates.
• Collaborate with Product to shape tooling, automations, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to triage incidents and communicate timelines.
• Manage offshore operations teams across time zones with quality and consistency.

Join us as an Platform Operations Specialist

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Leading the operational oversight of our entire advertising execution process, ensuring smooth delivery and performance across all major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft).
• Troubleshooting delivery issues across ad platforms, swiftly diagnosing root causes—from creative rejections to API failures—and ensuring minimal disruption to client performance.
• Investigating new issues as they arise due to frequent publisher changes, policy updates, and ecosystem shifts—staying one step ahead of what's broken and why.
• Collaborating closely with our Product team to shape the tooling, automations, and workflows that power our production and operations—your insight will drive efficiency at scale.
• Partnering with Customer Success and Support to triage incidents, provide clarity on issue impact, communicate realistic resolution timelines, and maintain a high standard of customer communication throughout.
• Managing offshore operations teams with confidence and clarity, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and operational excellence across time zones.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their application to digital marketing, workflow automation, content generation, and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience in managing Meta Business Manager (BM), advertising accounts, Pages, Pixels, Catalogs, assets, user permissions, and account access management.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Basic technical skills (e.g., API management, cloud computing, CRM systems).
• Problem-solving skills and incident management expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Focus on continuous improvement and technological innovation.
• Possession of an active VAT number
