Adtucon is a cutting-edge media tech company revolutionising performance-based advertising through AI. We are seeking a Platform Operations Specialist in Ancona to oversee the entire ad execution process across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

You will troubleshoot delivery issues, investigate platform changes, and work with Product to build scalable tooling and workflows. You will collaborate with Customer Success and support teams to triage incidents and maintain clear communication.

Competenze

• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications to digital marketing and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager for campaigns and performance.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Pixels, catalogs and access management.
• Familiarity with GA, Dynatrace and Splunk for performance monitoring.
• Basic API, cloud, and CRM skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and incident management capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork.
• Active VAT number is required.

Mansioni

• Oversee the end-to-end advertising execution process across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft).
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and diagnose root causes to minimize client impact.
• Proactively monitor changes in platforms, policies, and ecosystem shifts.
• Collaborate with Product to shape tooling, automations, and workflows at scale.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to triage incidents and communicate timelines.
• Manage offshore operations teams across time zones to ensure consistency.
