Mollie is seeking a Platform Engineer for the Build team to maintain and optimise the CI/CD infrastructure that powers our software delivery. You’ll ensure stability, scale, and efficiency across our platforms, enabling engineers to ship high‑quality fintech products.

You’ll work within the Developer Enablement domain and collaborate across engineering to future‑proof our CI/CD tooling with security, compliance, and reliability in mind.

Competenze

• Experience with CI/CD tooling and self-hosted operations.
• Hands-on with GitLab or similar CI systems (Jenkins, Buildkite).
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments and GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux, GoCD, Spinnaker).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Comfortable running and monitoring systems on Kubernetes and building optimized images.
• Strong problem solving, observability, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Oversee health, stability and scalability of Mollie's CI/CD infrastructure.
• Respond to outages to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Develop and govern CI/CD strategies, ensuring security and compliance.
• Optimize compute and storage usage while preserving developer experience.
• Diagnose issues and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain workflows.
