Mollie is seeking a Platform Engineer in its Developer Enablement domain to own and evolve our CI/CD infrastructure. Join the Build team to maintain stability, scalability and efficiency across platforms, enabling engineers to deliver high-quality software with confidence.

You will work on automation, governance and tooling to streamline deployments, security and compliance while supporting rapid software delivery for Mollie’s European customers.

Competenze

• Experience managing CI/CD infrastructure, with a focus on self-hosted operations.
• Experience with GitOps tooling and deployment pipelines across clouds.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider and IaC (Terraform).
• Comfort running and developing systems on Kubernetes and using Helm.

Mansioni

• Oversee health, stability and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure.
• Monitor outages and maintain high availability of CI/CD systems.
• Develop strategies and governance for CI/CD tooling and architecture.
• Optimize compute/storage usage while preserving developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless workflows.
