Job summary

Ariston Group is seeking a Plant Quality Control Manager in Marche, tasked with guarding product and process conformity across the manufacturing flow. You will lead the quality team and collaborate with Production, Engineering, HSE, and R&D to introduce robust controls for new products and footprint transitions.

The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and strong customer/supplier quality initiatives, reporting to Plant Director and QA Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in plant quality, manufacturing quality, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and statistical process control.
• Experience with PFMEA, corrective action and Six Sigma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant quality management system and governance in line with Group standards.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure closure of actions.
• Oversee product and process quality from inspection to release and ensure traceability.
• Manage non-conforming materials and implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and WCM initiatives within the plant quality pillar.
• Lead and develop the plant quality team and promote a proactive quality culture.
