Epta Group in Casale Monferrato, Italy, is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead the quality function at its manufacturing site of about 500 employees. You will drive QMS compliance, lead a team of quality professionals, coordinate with customers, suppliers and HQ, and push continuous improvement through 8D, 5 Why, PDCA and CAPA, while shaping the future of manufacturing excellence.

Qualificações

• ≥7 years in quality leadership within manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and driving quality improvements.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, RCA and CI methods.
• Experience with supplier and customer quality and KPIs.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 10 quality professionals across QA areas.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO standards and certification.
• Improve quality KPIs, customer satisfaction and supplier perf.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, PDCA, CAPA).
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with customers, suppliers and HQ.
• Plan and lead internal and external audits.
• Define quality standards, controls and risk mitigation.
• Manage the quality budget and monitor costs.
• Support process optimization and manufacturing innovation.
