Job summary

Entourage is a life sciences consulting firm focused on people and performance. We seek a capable Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of engineering projects in a Lazio-based plant, collaborating with Engineering, QA, Production and EHS teams.

The role requires an engineering background, strong PMI/PRINCE2/PMBOK skills, and experience handling budget, risk and supplier relationships. The position is hybrid in the Rome area, with starting salary around €45,000 gross per year, commensurate

Qualifications

PM experience in industrial or plant settings is required.
Strong scheduling and CPM skills with MS Project or Primavera P6.
Solid budgeting, cost control and resource estimation abilities.
Proven risk management and mitigation planning experience.
Engineering degree or equivalent background is required.
Familiarity with ISO 9001; GMP; IQ/OQ/PQ quality frameworks.
Knowledge of Italian health, safety and environmental rules.
Experience with supplier management and procurement.
Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting capabilities.
Fluent English with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage lifecycle of the plant’s engineering projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across disciplines.
Flag critical path issues and manage risk and progress reporting.
