Gerresheimer is seeking a Plant P&O Business Partner to oversee HR policies and processes at the manufacturing site in Italy, supporting management and employees in recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Economics, Law, or related disciplines with 5–6 years in complex industrial, multinational environments, and possess good English, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Description

The resource will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes within the manufacturing plant, supporting management and employees in the following activities:

Additional Information

Availability to travel to San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) Moulded Glass Plant.

Compensation package: 40.000€ - 45.000€
