Alfasigma Group in Sermoneta, Italy, is hiring a Plant HR Manager, a full-time on-site role that ensures accurate implementation of Corporate HR processes at the local level and alignment with global policies. You will report to the Head of HR Global Technical Operations and support leaders, employees and organizational initiatives in a complex industrial environment.

Formación

• Degree in Law, Economics, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 7–8 years, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to negotiate in HR situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR management software.

Responsabilidades

• Advise managers on employee relations and provide coaching.
• Manage local trade unions relationships and ensure compliant communication.
• Oversee recruiting and selection with Talent Acquisition and external agencies.
• Monitor headcount and FTE to support budget and forecasts.
• Coordinate internship programs with tutors and local institutions.
• Support HR processes across performance, compensation, and training.
• Maintain monthly HR metrics and data accuracy.
• Administer disciplinary procedures per National Collective Bargaining Agreement and laws.
• Maintain organisational chart and job descriptions.
• Act as Privacy Focal Point and support internal audits.
• Assist in audits and compliance activities.
