Job summary

Lavazza Group is seeking a Planning Excellence Intern to join the Supply Chain team at Nuvola, our HQ in Torino. You will gain hands-on experience in production planning, data analysis and cross-functional coordination in an international setting.

As an intern, you will analyze data, support planning and KPI activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The program runs for six months with a full-time commitment, starting in December 2026, in Turin, Italy.

Job description

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Planning Excellence Intern.

The successful candidate will join our Supply Chain team at Nuvola, our HQ in Torino.

As an intern, you will work alongside your manager and team, gaining hands‑on experience in production planning processes, supply chain coordination and performance analysis within an international business environment.

• Analysing production, inventory and supply chain data to identify trends, potential issues and improvement opportunities
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to ensure alignment across planning activities
• Supporting raw materials and packaging planning to guarantee production continuity
• Contributing to KPI monitoring and reporting activities to evaluate planning performance against defined targets
• Assisting in cross-functional projects related to new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting the review of production plans in response to demand fluctuations and operational needs
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the current planning system
• You’re available for a six-month internship with full‑time commitment. Starting date: December 2026

• You’re fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• You have strong analytical skills and a good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• You’re curious, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic and international environment
• Knowledge of planning and data analysis tools will be considered a plus
