Job summary

Lavazza Group is seeking an ECS Tax Intern to join our Global Finance & Administration Department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin. The role focuses on supporting tax compliance for Italian and international entities and exposure to direct and indirect taxation within a multinational company.

The internship offers collaboration with internal stakeholders, development of tax processes, and an opportunity to work on international projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Italian and international tax compliance activities.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tax documentation and tax returns.
• Support VAT-related activities, tax reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax matters.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing and validating tax and accounting data.
• Monitor regulatory updates and support international tax projects.

Job description

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an ECS Tax Intern to join our Global Finance & Administration Department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

You will support the team in managing tax compliance activities and international tax-related processes, gaining exposure to a dynamic and multinational business environment. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with different internal stakeholders while developing a solid understanding of direct and indirect taxation in a global company.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting tax compliance activities for Italian and international entities
• Assisting in the preparation and review of tax documentation and tax returns
• Supporting VAT-related activities, tax reporting and reconciliations
• Collaborating with internal functions and external advisors on tax matters
• Assisting in the collection, analysis and validation of tax and accounting data
• Supporting the team in monitoring regulatory updates and tax requirements
• Contributing to international projects related to tax processes and compliance improvements
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting in December 2026
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and interest in taxation and accounting
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working with data in an international and cross‑functional environment
