Job summary

Currie & Brown in Italy is seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support major pharmaceutical projects across the country. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, using Primavera P6, to provide visibility and forecast project delivery.

Join a high-performing project controls team, oversee WBS, baselines, and contractor schedules, monitor milestones, performance reports, and ensure schedule quality.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and scheduling experience in pharma or regulated environments.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and schedule integration skills.
• Experience aligning contractor schedules with master programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish WBS, coding systems and schedule baselines.
• Integrate contractor schedules into a master programme.

Shape the Delivery of Critical Pharmaceutical Facilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support the successful delivery of major pharmaceutical projects across Italy.

Working as part of a high-performing project controls team, you will develop and maintain integrated project schedules that provide the visibility and forecasting required to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
• Establish work breakdown structures, coding systems and schedule baselines
• Integrate contractor schedules into a master programme
• Monitor progress against milestones and critical path activities
• Perform schedule variance, trend and delay analysis
• Support short-term look-ahead and recovery planning activities
• Produce schedule performance reports and forecasts
• Ensure schedule quality, consistency and compliance across project teams

About You

• Strong planning and scheduling experience
• Experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projects
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise
• Strong knowledge of WBS development, baseline management and schedule control
• Experience integrating and assuring contractor schedules
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Italian and English
