Optimus Search is supporting the delivery of a major pharmaceutical facility in Milan and is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team. This role suits someone who has worked on large-scale, technically complex construction projects within the pharma or life sciences sector, with a focus on integrated schedules, critical path, and collaboration across EPC teams.

• 8+ years of project planning experience.
• Background working for a General Contractor / EPC.
• Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Development and management of integrated project schedules.
• Critical path and schedule analysis.
• Construction sequencing and look-ahead planning.
• Progress measurement and forecasting.
• Coordination across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors.
• Native Italian is highly desirable, alongside strong professional English.

This position would particularly suit someone who has worked on large-scale, technically complex construction projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

We are ideally looking for:

• 8+ years' project planning experience

• Progress measurement and forecasting
