Technogym is seeking a Pilates Sales Manager & Instructors Network for our Cesena HQ to lead the Pilates sales team across territories. You will build a nationwide network of instructors, promote the Pilates model, and support product launches with commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities include overseeing revenues and margins through pre-sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to maximize ROI for operators.

Competenze

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry.
• Proven track record in sales within the Pilates industry with an understanding of equipment.
