InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home care for adults and seniors in the Naples area. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, a steady caseload through our agency network, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools like a tablet and data plan.

You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, deliver therapies, and educate families while maintaining compliant documentation.

Competenze

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Comfort with using technology; training provided.

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Naples. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
