InHome Therapy is hiring full-time licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologists to serve adults and geriatric patients in their homes around Naples, Italy. The role offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and strong team support.

We provide mileage reimbursement, tablet/data plan, paid training, and clinical/administrative support. Compensation is hourly with benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a therapy-first environment.

Competenze

• Active SLP-CCC license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification required or current.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Comfort with email, texting and EMR systems.

Mansioni

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 - $90 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
