H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents in a luxury Senior Living community in Naples. You will work in an outpatient rehab setting, developing personalize treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

New graduates are welcome, with opportunities for clinical mentorship and leadership development. The role offers a flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays and a comprehensive benefits package

Competenze

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice as a PT.
• New grads welcome; outpatient experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Education:Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• License:An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience:New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
