Randstad Italy SpA è attualmente alla ricerca di un Assistant per soluzioni Fotovoltaico e Battery Energy Storage Systems, per un’azienda tecnologica globale. Supporta i team di vendita NA in forecast, coordinamento tender, gestione contratti e ordini, ed esecuzione di processi interni.

È richiesta forte organizzazione e volontà di sviluppare competenze tecniche e commerciali nel settore Utility-Scale PV e BESS. Sede: Roma. Contratto di agenzia con retribuzione annuale e bonus.

Qualifications

• Esperienza in supporto vendite o coordinazione aziendale.
• Competenze MS Office, soprattutto Excel e PowerPoint.
• Conoscenza di processi commerciali; preferita esperienza nel settore PV/BESS.
• Buone capacità organizzative, gestione del tempo e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Lingue: italiano e inglese; mandarino preferita.

Responsabilités

• Coordinare riunioni e tracciare azioni chiave.
• Supportare forecasting di vendita e la reportistica di performance.
• Gestire flussi di lavoro interni (piattaforma e-Plus) e operazioni quotidiane.
• Supporto contratti e revenue: BOQ, ordini, riconoscimenti.
• Coordinare tender end-to-end, documenti e submission.

Randstad Italy SpA is currently recruiting a Photovoltaic & Battery Energy Storage Systems Solution Assistant for a leading global technology company.
Reporting directly to the NA Sales Director, you will support the NA Sales and Solution teams in daily business operations, including sales forecasting, tender coordination, contract and order management, and internal process execution.
This role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, along with a genuine drive to develop technical and commercial expertise in the Utility-Scale PV Photovoltaics & Battery Energy Storage Systems industry.
Location: Rome
Contract type: agency contract powered by Randstad
Annual salary: €30000 - €32000
Annual bonus
Ticket Restaurant €8/day

Responsabilità

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Coordination: Organize departmental management meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track/follow up on key action items.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Support sales forecasting activities and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
• Internal Process Execution: Assist the sales team in organizing internal business workflows (e-Plus platform) and executing daily operational processes.
• Contract & Revenue Support: Assist with loan contract Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, contract/Purchase Order amendments, and revenue recognition-related activities.
• Tender Process Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end tender operations, including document preparation, internal follow-ups, and final submission.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in sales support, business coordination, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Commercial Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial processes; prior knowledge of the Utility-Scale PV & BESS industry is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities with sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Languages: Proficiency in Italian and English. Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
