Job summary

LVMH's Fondazione Bvlgari in Rome seeks a Project Manager to develop and manage art, cultural, philanthropic and institutional relationship projects aligned with the foundation’s mission and Bvlgari's values.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives across three pillars, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on budgets, timelines and cross-team collaboration including Communications and Media.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of project management experience in museums, cultural institutions, foundations or related fields
• Degree in Management Engineering, Architecture, Cultural Heritage, Economics or similar fields
• Strong project management skills with budget monitoring & reporting
• Deep understanding of museum and cultural institution dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a cross-functional Project Manager across Fondazione Bvlgari pillars (Art & Patronage, Education & Philanthropy, Savoir-faire Transmission)
• Develop and manage art patronage, philanthropic, educational and cultural projects end-to-end
• Translate guidelines into structured proposals, actionable plans, timelines and workback plans
• Supervise timing, budget and quality with dedicated PM tools and reports
• Coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams, including Communications and Media
• Nurture relationships with museums, institutions, foundations, cultural partners, curators and artists
• Contribute to visibility and impact of Fondazione Bvlgari’s initiatives
