Job summary

Amazon University Talent Acquisition is seeking PhD students for an Applied Science Internship focused on state-of-the-art GenAI challenges and production-ready systems.

You will collaborate with Amazon scientists and other interns to design, implement and deploy end-to-end intelligent systems that can reach customers worldwide, with opportunities to publish work and receive a return offer based on performance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Fluent in English (speak, write, read).

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of end-to-end systems for research-to-production impact.
• Write technical white papers, create roadmaps and drive production-level projects.
• Collaborate with Amazon scientists and interns to deploy solutions to production.
