InterSystems seeks a Clinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy to combine deep pharmacy expertise with clinical information systems knowledge. You will become a subject matter expert for pharmacy workflows and act as a key contact for customers, supporting implementations and adoption of InterSystems solutions.

The role spans clinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy, with travel to customer sites as required to support workshops and implementations.

Competenze

• University degree in Pharmacy or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist.
• Experience working within a hospital pharmacy environment.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Good understanding of Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Clinical Information Systems.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and/or healthcare professionals, including clinicians.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and communicate ideas.
• Experience delivering training, workshops and/or presentations.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with different stakeholders.
• Experience writing functional documentation and mapping business processes.
• Good understanding of Information Systems and healthcare technology.
• Willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required.

Mansioni

• Understand customers' pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on implementation of InterSystems solutions.
• Assess requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimizing custom developments.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Support customers in adopting standardised processes and maximizing solution benefits.
• Translate clinical/business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation.
• Contribute to business process mapping and analysis of existing workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technical, product and implementation areas.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Keep up to date with product developments and their impact for customer needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate recommendations during implementation.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops, implementations and training.
