Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to onboard customers, analyze workflows, and train users on our Hub and MyIntuitive+ platforms. The role emphasizes customer success, product adoption, and regional expansion in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

The candidate will lead trainings, support sales efforts with demos, and travel extensively to various clinical settings to ensure optimal system utilization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, engineering, life science or medical background preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in procedural/OR healthcare software.
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
• Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage.
• Background in training of clinical and OR staff required.

Mansioni

• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers.
• Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization.
• Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+, including onboarding.
• Monitor and drive digital products utilization by customers and clinical users.
• Lead clinical teams through training sessions and onboarding of new staff.
• Participate in training and launch of new products and procedures and cross-functional projects.
