InterSystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Implementation team in Milan, with a hybrid work model and frequent travel to customer sites (up to 5 days per week). You will lead TrakCare implementation projects, manage resources and timelines, and ensure delivery per contract.

The role requires 4+ years in HIS, strong stakeholder communication, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings. PMP and software development exposure are a plus.

Competenze

• Experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle from kick-off to execution, go-live, and closure.
• Direct knowledge of the healthcare sector with 4+ years of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) experience.
• Experience in resource management and in monitoring timelines and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing contracts, including those involving third parties.
• Nice to have: exposure to software development processes.
• Nice to have: PMP certification.

For our Implementation team, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in implementing software within the healthcare IT domain. The position is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, and can require travelling to customers' sites up to 5 days per week.

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.

Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
