IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Lead to guide a growing PV function within the Lifecycle Safety team. You will blend people leadership, client partnership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality PV and medical information activities.

This role offers visibility, impact on patient safety, and opportunities to shape PV delivery and business growth. You will lead a small PV team, deliver compliant PV processes across projects, and act as the main client contact for multiple

Competenze

• Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within CRO/pharma/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team with coaching and day-to-day management.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities.
• Act as a primary client and stakeholder contact across multiple projects.
• Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness of PV processes.
• Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities.
• Contribute to quality management and operational excellence initiatives.
