Ergomed Group in Europe seeks an experienced pharmacovigilance professional to support project teams across client programs. The role emphasizes patient safety, ICSR processing, and acting as the Local Contact Person for PV in designated languages as needed.

You will coordinate with RA & PV networks, manage deviations, review trackers and timesheets, and serve as a team SME. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
• 3–4 years in pharmacovigilance with at least 1 year in a line manager role.
• Fluent English and strong communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide support to project team activities for the client and company.
• Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• ICSR processing and second QC of cases.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Act as the assigned team SME for PV activities.
• Support RA & PV Network with local PV contact person duties and language-specific roles as agreed.
