Chiesi in Nerviano, Milan, is seeking a maintenance/engineering professional to coordinate and execute maintenance for pharmaceutical aerosol and MDI production lines. You will ensure asset reliability, support qualification activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain GMP standards.

The role requires a technical diploma, 3–5 years of pharma maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting, and English language skills.

Competenze

Technical diploma required.
3–5 years of maintenance or engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methods.
Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment, preferably MDI or aerosol lines.
Good understanding of GMP regulations, engineering documentation, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Experience with CMMS systems.
Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and automated production systems.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
English knowledge.

Mansioni

Coordinate maintenance activities for manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability while minimizing downtime.
Plan maintenance interventions in collaboration with production and planning to optimize schedules.
Coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors for safe, efficient execution.
Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements through RCA and improvements.
Support troubleshooting activities and maintenance documentation, work orders, spare parts, and equipment history in CMMS.
Support equipment qualification, commissioning, FAT/SAT, validation, and start-up for new lines.
Manage investigations related to equipment failures, deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, and Risk Assessments.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP and safety regulations.
