A prominent consulting firm in Rome seeks an Associate-level M&A and Licensing Analyst. The role involves supporting strategic partnership opportunities and conducting analysis throughout the M&A lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, and strong analytical skills. This position is hybrid-eligible and offers a relocation allowance if necessary.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in the Pharma Business or Consulting with direct exposure to financial processes.
• Deep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and evolving market scenarios.

Mansioni

• Identifying key targets – companies, products and assets.
• Building and consolidating relationships with stakeholders.
• Supporting the preparation of business cases and termsheets.

Conoscenze

Fluency in English

Strong strategic and analytical abilities

Ability to conduct research and analyze data

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Formazione

Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering

Strumenti

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
