Eli Lilly Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Associate to join the Supply Chain Team at our Sesto Fiorentino site. You will plan and coordinate bulk processing for cartridges and syringes/trays, ensuring quality and regulatory checks are completed before each activity starts.
You will manage material flows between Sesto and external warehouses, engage with multiple functions, and support KPI and invoicing processes to maintain warehouse capacity and performance.
Competenze
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Fluent Italian and professional English.
- Familiarity with SAP and Veeva.
- Good command of Excel.
Mansioni
- Plan and coordinate bulk processing for cartridges and syringes/trays.
- Manage material flows between Sesto Fiorentino and external warehouses.
- Coordinate with external warehouse partners on arrival planning, performance KPIs and PO/invoice management.
- Support warehouse saturation management by coordinating material transfers and CRT arrival planning.
- Own the routine and extraordinary material destruction process in alignment with the Logistics Process Team.
