Eli Lilly Italia is offering a six-month internship in Spare Parts Procurement & Analytics within the Engineering area at the Sesto Fiorentino site. The role blends purchase order processing with data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, and process automation to improve efficiency in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The position involves daily collaboration with Process Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, the Spare Parts Warehouse, Maintenance Managers and external suppliers,

Competenze

  • Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Management Engineering or a related discipline.
  • English level B2
  • Familiarity with lean concepts and a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion

  • Purchase Order Management: Process and monitor spare parts purchase orders, tracking their status through to completion.
  • Data Analysis & Dashboards: Analyze process data and build Power BI dashboards. Explore process automation solutions where they add value.

Spare Parts Procurement & Analytics Intern

Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a motivated and curious Spare Parts Procurement & Analytics Intern to join the Engineering area at the Sesto Fiorentino manufacturing site. The role combines purchase order processing with data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, process automation and the everyday use of AI tools, with the goal of making the area's operational processes more efficient and robust within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This 6-month internship is office-based and involves daily interaction with Process Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, the Spare Parts Warehouse, Maintenance Managers and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Management Engineering or a related scientific discipline
  • English level B2
  • Familiarity with lean concepts and a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion

The internship includes a monthly allowance of €1300 along with free access to the company cafeteria and canteen.
