Pharmatec Srl is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for an ongoing pharmaceutical project in Lombardy, Italy. Start date: October 2026.

The role requires independent coordination of site activities, contractors and suppliers within a GMP environment, and full-time on-site presence. Ideal candidates will have proven pharmaceutical construction management experience, a strong grasp of GMP facilities, and fluent Italian with good English.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Construction Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of GMP environments and pharmaceutical facilities.
• Strong experience in contractor and supplier coordination.
• Fluent Italian, as it is the working language on site.
• Good command of English.
• Availability for full-time on-site activities.
• Freelance / P.IVA.

Mansioni

• Coordination and supervision of construction and installation activities on site.
• Management of contractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring of work progress, quality and project requirements.
• Coordination with the different stakeholders involved in the project.
• Participation in site meetings and support in resolving technical issues.
• Oversight of project documentation and handover activities.
