Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Milan seeks a Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting for a life sciences project. Italian language skills and strong English communication are essential, with experience delivering at least one full lifecycle pharma project.

You will manage complex construction schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with contractors and client stakeholders, and mentor a junior project controls resource in a brownfield or live operation

Competenze

• Must be an Italian speaker with strong English communication.
• Completed at least one full lifecycle pharma project.
• Proven project controls expertise across planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
• Primavera P6 user with experience managing complex construction schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in brownfield or live operational environments.

Mansioni

• Lead all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking.
• Review and validate contractor schedules, reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure alignment between project schedule, cost, procurement and execution plans.
• Provide regular performance reporting, variance analysis and issue escalation.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and client stakeholders while managing a junior project controls resource.
