Pharmatec Srl is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for an ongoing pharmaceutical project in Lombardy, Italy. Start date: October 2026.

The role requires independent coordination of site activities, contractors and suppliers within a GMP environment, and full-time on-site presence. Ideal candidates will have proven pharmaceutical construction management experience, a strong grasp of GMP facilities, and fluent Italian with good English.

Role Description

Pharmatec is looking for an experienced Construction Manager for an ongoing pharmaceutical project in Lombardy, Italy. Start date: October 2026.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in pharmaceutical construction projects, able to independently coordinate site activities, contractors and suppliers within a GMP environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of construction and installation activities on site
• Management of contractors and suppliers
• Monitoring of work progress, quality and project requirements
• Coordination with the different stakeholders involved in the project
