Celltrion Healthcare Italia is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Excellence Specialist to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, strong data analytics skills and a solid CRM background, with fluency in Italian and good English.

You will manage the CRM, analyze market data, develop sales forecasts by product and region, support GTM activities, and ensure compliance with regulations and our Code of Conduct. This is a dynamic, growth‑oriented role.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and experience with data analysis.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in data analysis and project management.
• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or consulting.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry, multinational environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the CRM tool and drive its full implementation and adoption.
• Collect and analyze data to identify stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities.
• Develop product- and region-level sales forecasts to support target-setting activities.
• Suggest initiatives to support sales development within regulatory frameworks.
• Support the implementation of commercial, market access, marketing, public affairs and patient advocacy projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute GTM activities.
• Ensure strategies comply with internal policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with local rules and Celltrion Code of Conduct.
• Document field activities, meetings, materials distribution and expenses.
