Unilever a Roma cerca uno/una Perfect Store & eCommerce Influencer Specialist per guidare l'esecuzione in-store e le attività di influencer marketing nell'ecosistema eCommerce, collaborando con Brand, Customer Development, eCommerce e Finance.

Mansioni

• Guidare gli standard Perfect Store per migliorare visibilità, disponibilità, assortimento ed esecuzione promozionale sui canali retail.
• Analizzare dati di vendita ed esecuzione per identificare opportunità di crescita.
• Collaborare con Customer Development e Category per potenziare strategie di merchandising e conversione.
• Negoziare ed implementare iniziative di visibilità per rafforzare la presenza del marchio sul punto vendita.
• Sviluppare ed eseguire strategie influencer e creator allineate agli obiettivi di brand e commerciali.
• Gestire agenzie influencer e partner esterni, garantendo contenuti di alta qualità ed esecuzione efficace delle campagne.
• Monitorare performance delle campagne, misurare ROI e generare insight per ottimizzare attivazioni future.
• Guidare la collaborazione cross-funzionale per consegnare piani integrati commerciali, influencer e di marketing.

Perfect Store & eCommerce Influencer Specialist Unilever Roma, Italy

The role combines ownership of Perfect Store initiatives with responsibility for influencer and creator marketing activities within the eCommerce ecosystem. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Customer Development, eCommerce and Finance teams, the position ensures best-in-class in-store execution, shopper engagement and impactful influencer activations that drive awareness, consideration and conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Perfect Store standards to improve visibility, availability, assortment and promotional execution across retail channels.
• Analyze sales and execution data to identify growth opportunities and improve in-store performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Development and Category teams to enhance merchandising strategies and shopper conversion.
• Negotiate and implement visibility initiatives to strengthen brand presence at point of sale.
• Develop and execute influencer and creator strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage influencer agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality content and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI and generate actionable insights to optimize future activations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated commercial, influencer and marketing plans.
