Siemens S.p.A. cerca un/una P&O Trainee a Milano per intraprendere un percorso di 6 mesi nel dipartimento People & Organization. L’opportunità offre formazione pratica, tutoraggio da parte di professionisti e un ingresso in progetti HR strategici.

Durante lo stage, imparerai a supportare la strategia HR locale, a progettare contenuti e strumenti, e a collaborare con team internazionali. Si richiede interesse per HR, buone capacità comunicative e conoscenza di Office; disponibilità a lavorare

Competenze

• Neolaureato/a in ambito umanistico o economico; stage HR preferito.
• Interesse spiccato per risorse umane e sviluppo del personale.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali; capacità di lavorare in team.

Mansioni

• Supportare e attuare la strategia HR locale e iniziative P&O con i business partner.
• Assistere nel reperire best practice, preparare presentazioni e materiali per i programmi P&O.
• Collaborare con stakeholder cross-funzionali per analisi dati, KPI e governance di progetto.
• Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi P&O e all'efficienza operativa.
• Gestire richieste P&O e supporto durante workshop e meeting.

Your growth journey

During your 6-month internship with us you will have the opportunity to learn everything about People organization and supporting the business in P&O related topics. By the end of your internship, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in HR. A tutor will support you in experiencing the HR processes. You’ll make an impact by:

• Assisting in driving development-focused P&O strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience across the organization (employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, leadership development, upskilling, reskilling, and career growth initiatives)
• Assisting the team in researching best practices, preparing presentations, workshop materials, and communication content for strategic P&O programs
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to collect insights, analyze data, monitor KPIs, and support project governance and reporting activities
• Contributing to enhance P&O processes and efficiency
• Addressing P&O-related inquiries and support during workshops, and meetings

What makes you a great match:

• Fresh graduate in Humanistic or Economics, HR background and HR internship experience is preferred
• Strong interest in human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
• Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about change and continuous learning.
• Strong digital mindset with a passion for AI and emerging technologies
• Eager to challenge existing ways of working and contribute innovative ideas that drive simplification, efficiency, and better employee experiences
• Willingness to work in an international environment and to drive successful outputs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Fluent in English and Italian
• European citizenship

The pay range for this position is €800–€1000, depending on the candidate’s educational background
